OWASA BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The OWASA Board of Directors meets regularly at 7:00 P.M. on the second Thursday of the month in the Training Room on the second floor of our Operations Center (behind the Administratrion Building), 400 Jones Ferry Road, Carrboro; and the fourth Thursday of each month in the Town of Chapel Hill Town Hall, 306 North Columbia Street, Chapel Hill.

The Board of Directors does not meet the fourth Thursdays of November and December due to the holidays. Meeting dates are subject to change.

OWASA is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors appointed by local boards.

Five of the OWASA Board members are appointed by the Town Council of Chapel Hill, two are appointed by the Town of Carrboro Board of Aldermen and two are appointed by the Orange County Board of Commissioners.
