Mac Clarke, Board Member

Board Member Michael A. (“Mac”) Clarke, former Chair, is a retired marketing and sales executive. He began serving on the OWASA Board in December, 2003 and is a member of the Board's Budget/Financial Planning and Human Resources Committees.

Originally from Ipswich, England, Mr. Clarke retired in 1991 as a Director of Business Development with Pfizer, an international pharmaceutical and chemical firm. He worked initially in the company’s Chemical Division in England and then for 17 years at Pfizer’s world headquarters in New York City.

Before joining Pfizer, Mr. Clarke received a degree from Leicester University, served in the Royal Air Force as a radar technician and worked as a chemist.

Mac’s avocations include reading, travel, baking and gardening.
