To access account information and pay your bill, log in at Manage My Account or call us at (919) 537-4343. Through Manage My Account , you can also send us a request to start or stop service and view an explanation of your bill.

- Access Account Information and Pay Your Bill by Telephone
With your 14-digit OWASA account number, you can access account information 24 hours a day by calling (919) 537-4343. You can find your account number on your bill; it begins with the numbers 05, 06 or 07. During weekday office hours (8 AM to 5 PM), you can call 537-4343 to pay your bill by telephone with a Visa or MasterCard.
- Pay In Person
We accept cash, checks, debit cards, money orders, VISA, MasterCard and Discover in our office at 400 Jones Ferry Road, Carrboro. When our office is closed, you can leave a payment in either the box to the right of our front doors, or the box on the access road to the front of our building. We collect payments from these boxes on weekday mornings other than holidays.
