Water Service Cut-Off Policy

If our monthly bill is not paid by the time we mail you the next month's bill, the new bill will include a "Previous Balance" message. If this balance is not paid within two weeks, we will send you a "Reminder Notice" which includes the past due amount and the scheduled service cut-off date if the account is not paid in full (unless we agree to have an installment payment arrangement with you as explained here). 

If payment is not received in the Customer Service Office before the cut-off date, a $45.00 delinquency fee will be applied to your account and your service will be cut off. If service is reconnected after normal business hours an additional after-hours fee will be applied.  A security deposit may also be required in order to have service reconnected.

If you feel you have received a "Previous Balance" message or "Disconnect Alert" in error, please contact our Customer Service staff as soon as possible.
