This list serves as a public notice advertisement for Bids and Request for Proposals. Bid documents and specifications are available to prospective bidders at 400 Jones Ferry Road , Carrboro, NC in the room as listed, or by contacting the contact person as listed during regular office hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm . Per North Carolina General Statute 87-15, prospective bidders on construction contracts must be properly licensed. Orange Water and Sewer Authority or its delegate reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Bidders must comply with nondiscrimination provisions.
