24-hour telephone access to account information

With your 8-digit OWASA account number, you can access account information including your balance due and payment due date at any time of day by calling our Customer Service line, 919-537-4343.

When you call 537-4343, follow the prompts to enter your account number. Your OWASA account number, which is listed on our bill, begins with the numbers 05, 06 or 07.

If you do not have your account number, please use the menu options on our Customer Service line during our normal business hours (8 AM to 5 PM, Mondays through Fridays other than holidays) to speak with a Customer Service representative.
