If you are unable to pay your bill on time, you may call us to discuss a payment extension or installment payment agreement. This will allow you to pay the amount you owe over a specific time period. In circumstances involving a poor payment history, we may not be able to enter into an installment payment arrangement.
Having a payment extension/installment arrangement before our service is disconnected can save time, money and inconvenience. Please let us know if you cannot pay your bill on time--we will be glad to talk with you about possible alternatives.
