    How can I pay my bill?

    We offer many different ways to pay your OWASA bill. If you have already registered an online account, you can pay your bill through Agua Vista, but if you haven’t registered yet, read about more options to pay your bill.

    How do I start/stop service with OWASA?

    What rates and charges make up my OWASA bill?

    OWASA charges cost-of-service fees, which means we only charge as much as it costs to provide service to you. If you’d like to learn more about how we calculate your monthly bill, you can read more about the process or check out our full rate schedule.

    How can I lower my monthly OWASA bill?

    I’m having a water emergency. What do I do?

    In case of a water emergency, such as unexpected loss of service, a leak in an OWASA pipe, shut-off service during plumbing repair, sewage overflow or a backup, please call us at 919-968-4421 at any time of day.
