OWASA’s Board of Directors met on Thursday, February 9, 2023, and considered an agenda that included:
Presentation from OWASA’s Operating Department Managers
Received updates from the managers of OWASA’s Operating Departments discussing opportunities and challenges ahead of the Fiscal Year 2024 Budget development. The Board will hold public hearings on the budget this spring before voting on a final budget in June.
Approval of Human Resources Policy and Reclassification of Crew Leaders
The Board approved an update to the Human Resources and agreed to retitles and reclassify Crew Leaders to Crew Supervisors.
