12 Sep OWASA Board of Directors Meeting Summary for September 8
OWASA’s Board of Directors met on Thursday, September 8, 2022, and considered an agenda that included the Strategic Plan.
Strategic Plan
The Board approved the recently developed Strategic Plan that will guide OWASA’s investments and use of resources over the next five years. OWASA Team members will now develop an implementation plan to accomplish goals laid out in the Strategic Plan.
Water Conservation Plan
The Board approved OWASA’s Water Conservation Plan, which is a companion document to the Long-Range Water Supply Plan approved in July 2022.
Diversity and Inclusion
The Board received the annual Equal Employment Opportunity Report for Fiscal Year 2022 as well as an update on OWASA’s Diversity and Inclusion Program.

The Board will hold its next meeting on Thursday, October 13, 2022, at 6 p.m.; the agenda will be provided here.
