05 May OWASA implements Inspection and Site Visit Request Form for Third-Party Projects
To better serve the development community, developers or contractors needing on site review, testing, or sampling from OWASA for third-party projects will now request an appointment through an online form that is accessed HERE.
Phone calls are no longer accepted for scheduling OWASA inspectors. This change should help ensure that we are able to schedule inspection services as quickly as possible to meet project needs. We will schedule the site visit only after the site is prepared with all necessary supplies and equipment and is fully ready for the test or sampling to occur. Please upload photos within the form to document the readiness of the site.
