OWASA Listing Surplus Equipment for Auction

Orange Water and Sewer Authority Board of Directors has delegated authority to declare personal property items as surplus to the needs of OWASA to the Executive Director. The Executive Director has declared certain personal property surplus and has authorized disposal.

From July 27 through August 31, 2020, surplus equipment will be sold via GovDeals, an online auction service provider.

Registration is required in order to bid and items are sold “as is, where is.” The acceptable methods of payment are cash, money order, cashier’s check, and credit card. Please take time to review the terms and conditions before bidding.

Instrument was purchased new from Perkin-Elmer in 2016, has been lightly used and scrupulously maintained. Includes AA Syngistix software, equipment manuals, digestion blocks, and lamp elements.

The instrument is being stored at the Mason Farm Wastewater Treatment Plant Laboratory. The winning bidder is responsible for pickup at this location; shipping services will not be provided by OWASA.
