23 Jul OWASA’s Releases New Design and Standards Manual, Service Availability Request Form
OWASA released an updated Manual of Specifications, Standards, and Design on July 9, 2021. Notable changes from the previous release are highlighted in red text to assist the reader.
In addition, OWASA has transitioned to a new online process for requesting a Service Availability Request Form. This form is a requirement for a building permit from both the towns of Chapel Hill and Carrboro.
