2015 Customer Survey
Feedback from citizens is essential as we work to improve our services and make decisions informed by understanding our customers' expectations and perspectives.
We invited citizens to participate in our 2015 customer survey from October 15 through December 15, and received more than 800 replies. Please use the links below for more information about the survey results.
In addition to rating our services and value, etc., many citizens added comments in replying to the survey questions including the one about how OWASA can do a better job. We are reviewing each of these comments to identify improvement opportunities.
